We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Operations team. As the Inventory Transfer Dispatch Supervisor, the primary function of this position is to monitor the transfer of inventory between distribution centers in a safe, professional, and efficient manner. This position ensures that all drivers are meeting performance & safety goals on a daily basis. The ITT Dispatch Supervisor assists in developing & coaching their team to ensure a healthy work environment.

This position is required to work a flexible 48-hour work week, nights and weekends, in a large non-air-conditioned Distribution Center.

This position is also responsible for scheduling, HOS compliance, supervising processes, monitor safety, analyzing forecasting, over the road breakdowns, time compliance and working closely with the Operations Manager.  

The ITT Dispatch Supervisor’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

Education - Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience - Logistics background preferred but not required.

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Experience with Scheduling, Microsoft Office, and DOT Regulations. Training will be provided for those that do not have this experience.
