Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our City Furniture video content team. The Video Content Editor will play an essential role in generating compelling, high quality, long and short form creative content for use across our various marketing channels. This position will be responsible handling all the post production activities including, logging and organizing footage, editing and preparing final output.

 

-Responsible for post production activities for all internal video production content projects (Long and short-form, storytelling, social media content etc.)

-Edit raw video footage and add effects/text elements, color grading and motion graphics.

-Responsible for the storage and management of all video footage    

-Strong time management skills and ability to work on multiple editing projects simultaneously

-Work with project managers and creative leadership to maintain our brand content quality standards

-Assist on video shoots to set up and operate cameras, lights and audio equipment

-Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop

 

The Video Content Editor

Plans and coordinates all tasks for pre-production. Acts as the lead camera person for all internal video-based projects. In addition Our Video Content Producer

Created the final edit of each video project including logging footage, storage back-up, applying motion graphics and audio tracks. Coordinates and manages all stakeholder project reviews. Provides the final delivery of projects.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

 

Education - Bachelor’s degree or practical field experience, preferably in broadcast production, film, communication or a related field.

Work Experience - 2+ years of field experience with proven ability to produce, film and edit creative video marketing content. Excellence in developing and executing concepts, from creative beginning to final production. Expertise as a short-form video storyteller with a modern and creative editing style

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:
