Job Description

We have wonderful opportunity to join City Furniture's Marketing Department as a UX/UI Project Supervisor.

The UX/UI Project Supervisor role is responsible for managing CITY Furniture’s Digital Product Design projects workflow from concept to execution. This position works closely with the UX and UI department heads and project stakeholders to define and organize the scope of all digital product design projects. This role manages the workflow of the digital product designers by gathering requirements from project stakeholders, building detailed product design stories, setting priorities for the week, and meeting project timelines. The UX/UI Project Supervisor is team-oriented and motivates the digital product designers to do their best work while helping to overcome roadblocks so the team reaches their end goals. This position also helps manage the UX/UI department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provides KPI reporting.

The UX/UI Project Supervisor’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.

Job Requirements

Education - UX/UI Boot camp or applicable Bachelor’s degree is required

Work Experience - 2 - 3 years of UX/UI and Project Management experience

Computer Knowledge and Skills -

      • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
      • Google Suite
      • Ability to navigate design files (i.e., Figma, Sketch)
      • Prototyping Tools (i.e., InVision)
      • Project management tools - o Jira (or similar) o Slack
      • Ability to communicate concepts with Developers
