As the Talent Sourcer, the primary function of this position is to search, identify and attract qualified candidates, while working closely with hiring managers, recruiters.  This position is also responsible for The Talent Sourcer must have a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated, team-player with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Work Experience - Proven track record of success in building strategies, networking, identifying key relationships to proactively engage top talent required, and achieving goals.

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of the computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:

Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets
  • Social Media - LinkedIn. FaceBook, etc.
  • Requirements
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, niche sites, HR systems, and candidate management systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong sales skills
  • Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
  • Ability to quickly make decisions
