We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture IT Infrastructure team. As the Systems Support Technician, the primary function of this position is to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT. This position is also responsible for monitoring business critical systems, installing configuring, diagnosing, repair and upgrade all corporate hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance. The Systems Support Technician will answer all internal/externa calls from the Helpdesk hotline and cell phone,

The Systems Support Technician’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.

Job Requirements

Education - A+ Certification or an AA/AS degree in Information Technology.

Work Experience - 2 years’ experience installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:

  • Microsoft Office 2013/2016 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
