Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Marketing team. As the Sr. Manager Paid, Social Media will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid social media campaigns. Manage campaign success per campaign goals/KPIs. Runs audience testing across all campaigns. Manage the paid media budget for the social team, ensuring all spent funds are being tracked on projects, and manage timelines for deliverables for paid media recommendations, budget forecasting. The Sr. Manager will also compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and presents campaign performance results to key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required 

Education - Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on advertising, marketing or communications preferred. 

Work Experience

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in paid social media management, social media buying, planning.  Previous tactical experience in social media planning and buying in Facebook and Pinterest Ads Manager is required. 
  • Experience at an agency or regional/national brand preferred.
    Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) 
  • Advanced experience using Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Analytics.
  • Advanced understanding of creative testing, reporting, and optimization for performance-based ROIs and lead captures.
  • Experience with daily monitoring of campaign pacing, making budget recommendations, optimizations and interpreting results.
  • Mastery of all relevant social platform UIs and capabilities (all ad units, targeting options) - Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram etc. ? Experience implementing social media retargeting tactics. Experience measuring the impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Ability to serve as paid social media subject matter expert across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Possess demonstrated and extensive social media planning and buying experience combined with a willingness to experiment.
  • Ability to conduct measurement planning, pixel generation and UTM parameters.

 

Certification or Licensure Requirements - 

  • Valid Driver’s License Required
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification Preferred
  • Experience utilizing site merchandising/faceted search products such as Hawk, Searchspring, Algolia, SLI Systems, or other similar toolsets, preferably as the power user

Additional Skills-

  • Prior eCommerce site operations/site merchandising experience
  • Prior merchandising experience a plus
  • Solid data analytical/data interpretation skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills; strong attention to detail; strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills; strong organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task; analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across business audiences
  • Must be a self-starter showing a high level of initiative. Positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment sharing ideas, workflow, and process
