Social Media Influencer Manager
The primary purpose of the Social Media Influencer Manager is to implement and manage influencer marketing efforts for CITY Furniture. This role will act as a key liaison for the organization within the Social Media team. This Social Media Influencer Manager will negotiate influencer partnerships, manage influencer campaigns and evaluate campaign performance; shaping data-driven insights into comprehensive recommendations that meet business objectives.
The Influencer Manager oversees all day-to-day influencer efforts in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Paid Social, including influencer vetting, all influencer negotiations, campaign management and reporting on performance. The Influencer Manager will serve as an expert resource for internal teams on all things influencer marketing, including: new opportunities, best practices, and changes with influencers across all social channels.
The Influencer Manager role will have the ability to liaise with internal/external stakeholders, e.g., social media vendors, agencies, business partners, e-commerce, etc. to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on efforts. Ensure all campaigns are executed flawlessly, both in-person and online.
This position consults with the Social Media Director and Senior Manager, Paid Social and must utilize judgement and individual discretion for daily decision making on Company’s influencer marketing strategies.
Campaign Management - Day-to-day influencer campaign management including vetting, briefing, handling negotiations, ordering and invoicing, content approvals, delivery setup, campaign management. Manages campaign success per campaign goals/KPIs and makes optimizations based on campaign performance. Attend on-site activations including tentpole events and grand openings.
Influencer Campaign Performance Reporting and Documentation - Compiles and presents weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting from internal and external resources (GA, Tableau, and in-platform). Presents campaign performance results to key stakeholders. Maintains internal and external performance reporting. Researches emerging influencer trends.
Digital Alignment - Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders on the Marketing team to align calendar planning and influencer campaign messaging. Manage asset permissions internally. Coordinate whitelisting when appropriate.
Budget Management - Manages the influencer budget for the social team, ensuring all spent funds are being tracked. Manages timelines for deliverables, budget forecasting, reporting, and surfacing issues and acting as the first line of defense for quality control.
Work Environment Summary
This position is required to work a flexible 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, remotely and in a corporate office environment and occasional extended hours on an as needed basis. Travel may be required.
