The primary purpose of the Social Media Analyst is to manage social media content for the City Furniture (CF) brand. The Social Media Analyst will partner closely with the CF Creative team and external agency partner to create social media content. They will be responsible for strengthening the CF social media presence and increasing brand awareness through the use of effective social media content. Through the implementation and posting of this content, they will maintain the company’s presence on social media sites, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, as well as on company blogs. In partnership with Social Media Director, the Social Media Analyst will work to refine the overall social content process. They will be responsible for analyzing content performance and developing visual controls and reports to communicate out on content performance to cross functional teams.
This position also plans content calendar, prepares social content schedules, timelines, and deadlines. Schedules appropriate meetings per content management schedules. Manages the content revision process and on-time final asset delivery to external agency partner for posting.
The Social Media Analyst will analyze all social media content performance to inform future content creation. They will prepare reports and presentations to communicate how social success is measured across all social channels.
This position is required to work a flexible 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday in a corporate office environment.
