We have a wonderful opportunity to join our City Furniture team. Our Showroom Operations Associate will assist in product merchandising and maintenance of showrooms. This position will work to implement product layout changes and moves based on Marketing and Visual direction.
The Showroom Operations Associate assists in the product transition process for all product categories on display, which includes adjusting lighting, securing rugs and various accessories, securing upholstery connections. Supports Visual Merchandising Coordinator by receiving, opening, tagging, and placing home accents. In addition, our Showroom Operations Associate is responsible for the cleanliness of the warehouse area and property, including but not limited to sweeping, sorting recyclable product packaging, properly storing supplies and inventory, and keeping areas neat, clean, and organized. Physical demands include heavy lifting in excess of 75 lbs and the ability to bend, reach and be on feet for long periods of time. This position will be required to be on and carry a 12ft ladder, therefore, should not be afraid of heights. Moderate knowledge of and ability to use tools required. Position requires travel to other showrooms.
