What This Role Is

As a Showroom Experience Auditor, we have a wonderful opportunity to join City Furniture's Marketing Team. The primary function of the Showroom Experience Auditor is to support the Marketing Department by maintaining brand cohesiveness through Customer marketing materials across showrooms. This includes but is not limited to TV, price tags, posters, promotional materials, logos, digital signage, signage placements, safety, etc. The Showroom Experience Auditor requires excellent attention to detail skills and will be working with Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales leaders to ensure accurate display of all Customer facing content in our showrooms. 

What You’ll Do

As a Showroom Experience Auditor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Visit showrooms on a weekly basis to ensure all customer facing marketing is up to date
  • Work cross functionally to problem solve and ensure that the customer experience in showrooms is consistent with marketing goals.
  • Identify gaps between marketing and sales to enhance customer shopping experience
  • Create standard for showroom audits to Improve audit scores over time.
  • Provides audit reports to executive team, showroom, and management in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with all Associates and corporate employees to ensure the customer journey is seamless.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Furniture experience is not a must to be exceptional in this role! If you work in retail, have marketing background and you are detail oriented, analytical thinker, with an aptitude for working collaborative on multiple projects and building relationships across the organization this role may be your perfect fit!

Below are the required skills & qualifications for this role:

  • 1 to 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor Degree in related area
  • Microsoft Office Applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Google Suite
  • Works independently
  • Demonstrate consistent and high-quality work ethic
  • Maintains a positive attitude; works with a sense of urgency; demonstrates timely and thoroughly execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
  • Valid FL Driver’s License

What’s Required

  • Education & Work Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
    • Multiple years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
  • Physical & Travel Demands:
    • Travel 50% of the time
  • Technology Requirements
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
    • Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
