Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Technology team. As the Sr. Manager, Technology Product Owner, the primary function of this position is for the strategic delivery of systems and software for CITY Furniture. This position is also responsible for serves as a leader in the Technology Product Management Office and responsible for Product Management activities including, scoping, planning, testing, validation, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of many components within CITY Furniture’s Technology Portfolio. The Sr. Manager, Technology Product Owner ensures that development projects have testing and deployment plans that are coordinated and communicated across all cross-functional teams while working in a collaborative and in efficient way.

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology Preferred.

Work Experience - Two (2) or more years of related experience in a Technology Product environment.

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of computer programs, software applications, skills and concepts that are required for this position:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Project Management Software (such as MS Project)
  • Atlassian JIRA (or Similar)
  • Web design concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Programming & Database concepts (Data Types, functions/methods, Queries, APIs)
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Object-Oriented Systems Design
  • ERP systems experience
