We have a wonderful opportunity to join our City Furniture Customer Care team. As the Sr. Customer Service Manager, the primary function of this position is to manage the Customer Care Department's day-to-day activities. This position is also responsible for Analyzing metrics (call Volume, length quality, etc.) The Sr. Customer Service Manager provides appropriate assistance with an emphasis on successful problem resolution and follows through to ensure the customer needs are met in a timely, effective manner.
