Growth: We are growing! We’re opening 3 new showrooms and a distribution center this year. Next year, we’re expanding in new markets and in a couple years, we’re crossing the state border with showrooms and a distribution center in Atlanta, GA. Day-in-the-life: As a Sales Showroom Manager The primary function of this position is to increase showroom sales, Customer satisfaction and Associate satisfaction while reducing unnecessary expenses through strategic initiatives and effective daily management.

Earnings: With average annual earnings between  $64,000 and $85,000. The Sales Showroom Manager will have the opportunity to earn monthly, quarterly and end of year profit sharing bonuses based on their showrooms performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

Education - Bachelor’s Degree recommended. 

Work Experience - Five years or more of experience within this type of environment recommended.

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:

  • AS400

  • General PC

  • ASAP internal platform

  • Learning Management System

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher)

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible and accommodating full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required; additional languages such as Creole, Portuguese, etc. are a plus
