Job Description


The primary function of the Sales Project Coordinator position is to support the Sales Department by facilitating projects including implementation, execution, and problem solving. The Sales Project Coordinator will also make improvements to core processes ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments, and goals.

Work Environment Summary

 This position is required to work a flexible 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with limited weekend hours in a corporate office and remote work environment. The position also requires some ravel to showrooms, once per week on average. Prolonged sitting with seeing the project from the client view included.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Project Coordination- Plans and implements projects. Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Defines project tasks and resource requirements. Coordinates project staff/team. Creates project timelines. Provides direction and support to the project team. Conducts audits and observations (quality assurance). Reports on progress of projects to all stakeholders. Presents reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions (i.e. A3, Project Charters, Progress Timelines, KPIs, etc.). Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve outputs. Communicates with other departments to achieve deadlines and completion of action items 

CITY Services Department Support - Performs miscellaneous department responsibilities including but not limited to: assisting with meetings (driving strategic company goals, management meetings, etc.), tracking KPI’s, development of decks and KPI reports, reviewing and analyzing sales reports, assisting with Commercial Sales projects, and working with CITY Services leadership on individual initiatives (i.e. strategic company goals).

Administrative Support - Provides miscellaneous administrative support to Sales Vice President of Business Development, including assistance with presentations and handouts.

Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development and is a member of the Sales Business Development department.

 Financial Transaction Responsibilities This position is responsible to approve financial transactions; prepare financial transactions for approval by others; and reconcile financial transactions. This position has the ability to handle cash, checks, and credit cards as needed to make purchases.

Decision Making Responsibilities This position is responsible for making decisions regarding purchases for projects up to a specified dollar amount. This position consults with Vice President of Business Development, Sr. Manager of Design Services, and the Director of Commercial Sales to make decisions on major purchases and major requirements needed to complete projects. This position is required to make decisions needed to overcome any and all constraints that may exist within a project scope or proposed project.

Job Requirements


  • Required Education; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Work Experience - Three or more years of work experience in a related field.
  • Computer Knowledge and Skills - required for this position  Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher)
  • Google Suite
  • Any CRM (Sales Force, Air Table)
  • Valid Driver’s License Required
