Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Sales Department. The Sales Resolution Coordinator will work remotely to support our Salesforce by following up with our customers, troubleshooting reasons for cancellations and backorders. In addition to resolving other customer-related concerns, creating and reviewing invoices, processing credit memos, and looking up purchasing orders. 

The Sales Resolution Coordinator will maintain and perform audits using the company database and trackers and providing reporting support.  Will assist various teams with prospecting new customers via phone, including the Sales team and Moving Services and future initiatives.

The Sales Resolution Coordinator ’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.  The Sales Resolution Coordinator ’s is looking to build a career. Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

Education - High School Diploma required

Work Experience  - Minimum of one ( (2) two to five (5) years of experience in sales and customer service.

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of the computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:

  • Google Suite -  Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides
  • Microsoft Office - Outlook,
  • Trello
  • Certification or Licensure Requirements -
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License

Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Must have appropriate levels of follow-through and have a sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
