We have wonderful opportunity to join City Furniture's Marketing team as a Photography Manager.

The primary function of this position is to capture hero shot/flagship images, ensuring the best quality representation of our company and products that are seen on any and all media outlets. The Photography Manager will also participate in the creative concepting process for company promotions such as developing mood boards and set design ideas. The Photography Manager oversees the studio photographers as their direct supervisor. This role is responsible for providing creative feedback on image retouching to the Retouch Team.

The Photography Manager’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferred in Fine Arts with a focus on digital photography or film.

Work Experience - Three (3) + years of experience is required in a related field.

Computer Knowledge and Skills -

Capture One,  Photoshop,  Adobe Acrobat,  InDesign,  Adobe Creative Suite/Mobile Aps  

Raw Image Processes, Creative Image Editing and best practices while working with digital image assets

 Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Google Suite

This position is required to work a flexible 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, in a photo studio environment and/or on location with repeated camera flash thought the day. Weekend hours may be needed with advance notice. Hours may exceed 40 hours during location shoots. Lifting 20lbs or more is required on a daily basis. Travel will be required for different location shoots.

Valid Driver’s License is required.
