Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our City Furniture’s Marketing team. As the Photo Art Director, the primary function of this position is to drive the creation of marketing and campaign assets through in-store, print media, digital media, website, and editorial. This position is also responsible for facilitating the creative strategy behind incoming projects and provides accurate direction to the team to fulfill project requests. The Photo Art Director will coach a team of photographers and filmographers, and contract designers across multiple skill sets while working closely with other department managers and stakeholders to ensure projects flow smoothly. The Photo Art Director is responsible for implementation of strategies for brand communications, from concept to completion while maintaining brand consistency.

 The Photo Art Director’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

Education - Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience - 3-5 year experience in Creative/Marketing/Communications

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list the industry standard knowledge and skills that are required for this position:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Bridge, After Effects, etc.) and best practices
  • Sketch (or comparable prototyping software) and InVision knowledge
  • Raw Image Processes, Creative Image Editing and best practices while working with digital image assets


Certification or Licensure Requirements § Valid Florida Driver’s License Required
