We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Customer Care team. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, the primary function is to ensure all warehouse processes, standard work, visual controls, and safety standards are followed and that all production goals are achieved. This position is also responsible for coaching, orienting, training, resource allocation, scheduling, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, problem solving, and disciplining associates when necessary. This position is responsible for performing audits and problem solving in an effort to aide in reducing operational costs while increasing our internal and external customer satisfaction.
