What This Role Is…
As a Merchandising Project Coordinator, role supports Merchandising’s key cross functional projects & initiatives.
This position is responsible for data integrity, operational efficiency and drive product strategy execution with attention to detail, with an aptitude for working collaboratively on multiple projects. This role partners closely with merchandising, supply chain, and support teams to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals. Your contributions will ensure the success of the Merchandising Department at CITY Furniture.
Position Title: Merchandising Project Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Merchandising
Location: Hybrid/ Tamarac Corporate Office
Department/Sub-Department: Merchandising Integration
What You’ll Do…
As a Merchandising Project Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Data Management (30%)
- Visual Controls (20%)
- Product Development Area 5S (20%)
- Matrices Management (15%)
- Assemble buy folders to ensure proper SKU set-up and implementation through the merchandising department. (15%)
Additional duties and responsibilities as a Merchandising Integration Coordinator:
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute requests based on business needs.
- Adheres to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.

What’s Required…
- Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Work Environment & Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 5% of Travel
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting, standing, walking
- Technology Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
- Certifications / Licenses
- Valid Florida Driver's License
