Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our City Furniture Merchandising team as the Merchandise Project Supervisor. The primary function of the Merchandise Project Supervisor is to coordinate and support the merchandising team in product transitions and initiatives within City Furniture and Ashley Furniture Home Stores. This position is also responsible for preparing new product information for the Merchandising Team and owns keying the product specs process, follow up with vendors to attain necessary product information into the electronic database.  The Merchandise Project Supervisor is required to be detail oriented and an analytical thinker with an aptitude for working collaboratively on multiple projects and building relationships across the organization.  

The Merchandise Project Supervisor’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline preferred

Work Experience - 1-2 years of related experience

Computer Knowledge and Skills -

  • Microsoft Office Applications - Outlook, Word, Excel
