The primary function of this position is to strategically plan and effectively manage the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of Ashley Furniture HomeStore, South Florida. This position will be responsible for managing all facets of marketing including, but not limited to, promotional campaign planning and execution, media planning and buying, market research, and customer analysis.
Marketing and Advertising Management- Manages and coordinates all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities. Plans marketing and branding objectives. Prepares marketing strategies alongside Marketing Director to accomplish business goals and support organizational initiatives. Strategizes and oversees execution of data-driven direct marketing campaigns. Oversees delivery of advertisements and other marketing materials.
Planning & Budgeting - Prepares and adheres to advertising budgets. Analyzes market trends and competitive landscape and recommends changes to marketing as well as opportunities based on analysis and feedback.
Tracking & Reporting - Monitors, reviews, and reports on all advertising activities. Gathers and analyzes customer insight. Reports on ROI and key performance metrics.
Customer Relations - Collaborates with Creative Team and E-Commerce team to build synergistic marketing plans across mediums. Fosters and builds media relationships to best position our brands within the marketplace.
