Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Sales team as the KC Café Team Lead. The primary function of this position is to drive customer experience and promote the success of the KC Café and Wine Bar throughout the organization. The KC Café Team Lead must have the ability to effectively manage and problem solve while finding creative ways to exceed the monthly goal, as well as increase sales in the KC Café. This position must have the ability to effectively manage inventory for multiple locations, as well as provide guidance to the Baristas. This position is also responsible assigning monthly duties and monitoring the café’s overall appearance by completing audit checklists. The Team Lead will also submit orders, maintain proper inventory using "first in, first out" process, prepare and serve café menu items and monitor café equipment and schedule repairs as needed.

This position starts at $14 p/h plus tips and monthly bonuses

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

Education - High School Diploma

Work Experience - (1) One to (5) five years of experience within hospitality or restaurant environment

Other Requirements - Reliable transportation. This position required up to 50% travel.

Computer Knowledge -

  •  AS400 (preferred not required)
  • General PC
  • Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Adobe
  • Square experience preferred not required

Certification or Licensure Requirements - Valid Florida Driver’s License, ServSafe Certification preferred.
