Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture technology team. As the IT Infrastructure Analyst, the primary function of this position is to analyze, design, develop and maintain networks, servers, telecommunications systems, responding to customer demand, and supporting all of the Infrastructure and applications used by City Furniture employees.

 This position is also responsible for acting as project manager on assigned projects.  You will research alternatives, identify and design solutions, and present plans for approval.  You will coordinate and manage work schedules assignments for stakeholders to complete project by assigned deadline.  You will design implementation plans and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance. You will monitor Jira service management Infrastructure queue. You will resolve customer technical related infrastructure tickets in a timely manner. You will approve IT leadership tickets. You will follow up with internal customer to make sure ticket submitted issued is resolved.

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in applicable field

Work Experience and Skills - 5 or more years of experience in network (LAN, WAN, and Wireless) and server infrastructure with demonstrated field experience in technical support
