We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture IT team. As the Infrastructure Support Supervisor, the primary function of this position is to Monitors work queues to ensure adequate coverage, and to meet service level standards set by City Furniture. You will do minor Project Management and Project Planning. You will be keeping up with current and future technology.

This position is also responsible First Level escalation point for more complex or critical customer issues and inquires, while also providing answers to staff questions in person, email, and phone on all company supported Hardware/Software applications.

Job Requirements

Education - A+ Certification or an AA degree in MIS or related field

Work Experience and Skills - 2 years’ experience installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment

Computer Knowledge - Below is the list the computer programs and software applications that are
required for this position:
* Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
* Apple Mac Operating System
* Amazon Workspaces
* Microsoft Windows Operating System

Perform Financial Transaction Activities - Ability to handle cash, checks, credit cards, etc. as needed to process invoices
