Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture HR&D team. As the Fleet Safety Supervisor, the primary function of this position is to maintain the safety of our drivers and minimize potential risks and exposures for the company.  This position is responsible for auditing, analyzing, problem solving, developing and implementing best practices related to Fleet Safety.

This position is also responsible for conducting fleet safety over the road, and in-cab observation audits on a daily basis in order to monitor for safe driving behaviors and to reinforce safety regulations, policies, and procedures.  You will review driving performance of all Commercial drivers and problem solves unsafe behavior and trends. You will provide Associate Recognition for safe behavior. You will analyze fleet performance to create and implement safety strategies for all commercial drivers.

Job Requirements

Education - High School/GED High School Equivalent/Trade School

Work Experience and Skills - 2+ years of management or supervisory experience

Computer Knowledge - Below is the list of the computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:


  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Bilingual - English / Spanish (preferred)
