We have wonderful opportunity to join City Furniture's Marketing Department as a Digital Product Manager.

The primary responsibility of the Digital Product Manager role is to optimize and drive business initiatives for their assigned product on the company website, to deliver a best-in-class experience for the customer. The Digital Product Manager role will identify customer pain points and emerging opportunities, and prioritize their execution in a way that supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Digital Product Manager’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business or Information Technology preferred.

Work Experience - 3-5 years of related experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on business analysis or product ownership.

Computer Knowledge and Skills

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Google G- Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Slack, InVision)
  • Atlassian JIRA (or Similar)
  • Google Analytics (or similar)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Web design concepts
  • Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce platforms

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to organize workload, multitask, think analytically, solve technical problems, and establish relationships across the business and with IT/development team members
  • Experience capturing requirements for features or application development
  • Experience in test planning and release deployment
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms including content management systems, SKU/product information systems, site search and data feeds
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
