Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Marketing team. As the Digital Email Marketing Analyst, the primary function of this position is to support the Email Marketing team with campaign execution, reporting, and project coordination.

This position is also responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating, scheduling, proof reading, testing, and QA (Quality Assurance) of email campaigns to ensure accurate and correct execution of links, content and targeted assets. You will be responsible for executing email campaigns each week. You will also be responsible for building emails using BlueCore Software, including AB testing, building targeted and dynamic content within emails. You will communicate with key stakeholders and merchandising team to define campaign objectives, design concepts, content approvals and delivery dates.

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; or equivalent work experience

Work Experience and Skills - 2+ years of proven success, driving, measuring and analyzing content related to marketing campaigns. Prior experience with BlueCore email service provider is mandatory.  Experience in Oracle, SalesForce or similar enterprise-level ESP is a plus. Experience with high-volume, fast paced environments and email campaigns.

Computer Knowledge - Below is the list of computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:


  • Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs (Outlook, Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Google Slides)
  • Working experience with Google Analytics
  • Email Service Provider BlueCore
  • Familiarity with email best practices, industry trends, and CAN-SPAM laws
