We have an exciting opportunity to join City Furniture's cutting edge Digital Customer Experience Team. City Furniture is seeking a Digital Content Manager to add to our cutting edge Digital Marketing Group.  As a Digital Content Manager’s the primary function of this position is to oversee strategy, development, execution and delivery of digital content across mobile, desktop, and tablet for The Digital Content Manager will own the briefing of all sitewide assets ensuring strategic and tactical vision using owned analytics and competitive benchmarks to determine the plan all the while ensuring brand consistency and alignment.  The Digital Content Manager will interact across cross functional teams(i.e, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and Supply Chain) and build new opportunities across out customer engagement touchpoints.  The ideal candidate will be a solid leader, clear communicator and possess great analytical skills. 

The Digital Content Manager's first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.  


Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a content strategy based on City Furniture’s business objectives as well as the customer’s needs to inform and educate both the current and potential customer.

  • Create and maintain editorial calendars

  • Set strategy for the content and design team to create the consistent and compelling content across all delivery channels.Manage distribution of content across all channels.

  • Measure and analyze the functionality with brand’s content marketing efforts.

  • Create KPI and reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

  • Develop content strategies that align with the initiatives and goals set by merchandising and marketing.

  • Ensure integration of SEO into all content within the site.

Job Requirements



Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field


Work Experience - 5+ years of experience with E-Commerce, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and other content marketic tactics.
