Job Title
Customer Pickup Associate - Distribution Center Associate
Job Description
  • Must be able to lift 75+ pounds and unload product utilizing proper equipment and material-handling techniques to minimize damages

  • Assists customers in a timely, efficient manner, while providing world class service
  • Stages, scans, and examines product
  • Loads product in customer’s vehicles utilizing proper material handling techniques and equipment to minimize damages, while utilizing proper loading techniques to ensure a safe load
  • Coordinates movement of sold clearance product
  • Examines product for damages, notifies appropriate parties regarding damaged product
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of customer pickup area
  • Completes assigned tasks in regards to reports and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provides total customer satisfaction through interaction with associates in all departments
  • Conducts on-the-job training for new associates
  • Assists in other departments when assigned
