Job Description

CITY Furniture has a great opportunity for an CREATIVE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR The primary function of the CREATIVE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR is to facilitate projects within the marketing Ad Agency by collaborating with Marketing Stakeholders and the Creative Team on project requests. The CREATIVE OPERATIONS  SUPERVISOR has a thorough knowledge of the company’s resources and brand standards, and is able to propose solutions that meet these guidelines and fulfills the Stakeholder’s request. This position will be responsible for overseeing the production of all creative deliverables from request to completion, working to remove blockers for the Creative Team to ensure deadlines are met

Key Responsibilities

Project Collaboration - Works with Marketing Stakeholders on their project needs and serves as the main point of contact for Stakeholder inquiries and updates.

Oversees Creative Workflow - Proofs and refines creative requests with project Stakeholders to ensure all information is clear, accurate, and ready for the Creative Team to execute the work. Manages the creative sprint cycle and ensures creative requests are completed and delivered to the Stakeholder on time and without errors. 

Problem Solving -- Actively manages Change Requests for projects and updates both deliverables and outcomes. Assists with reprioritizing work when needed.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Senior Agency Project Manager and is a member of the Marketing department.

Financial Transaction Responsibilities

This position is responsible for approving solutions for project requests that meet established budgets. 

Decision Making Responsibilities

This position is responsible for offering solutions to internal customers on how to execute their projects and making decisions on how the Creative Team executes them.

Work Environment Summary

This position is required to work a flexible schedule, working a minimum of 45 hours a week, in a corporate office or hybrid/remote environment

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

Education - Minimum of a BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field.

Work Experience - A minimum of 1-2 years in a marketing role is preferred. Internal candidates considered a plus because of their familiarity with the company’s structure and internal resources. 

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of computer programs and software applications that are required for this position:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • MAC Computer
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and PhotoShop
  • Familiar with JIRA, MyDay, Trello, Asana, Slack, Digital Project Management Systems
