· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and ATS Systems
· Proven track record as a corporate recruiting sourcer or agency recruiter across a wide range of disciplines.
· Strong analytic skills, with passion for research, data, and a creative approach to sourcing.· Ability to manage multiple searches at any time and manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads.
· Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
· Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
· Familiar with Boolean search, Google AdWords, organic search, and SEO
