10-Week Rotational Internship Program

Our 10-week internship program offers hands-on experience across 12+ departments at our Tamarac, FL corporate office. Interns rotate weekly through teams like Marketing, Accounting, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, Operations, and more, working on real projects that build valuable skills and industry knowledge.

Department Specific Internship Program

Our department-specific internship program offers an immersive experience focused on one key area of CITY’s corporate operations. Interns dive deep into a particular department- such as Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, or IT- working closely with experienced professionals to develop specialized skills and contribute to real projects.


This program is ideal for students who have a clear career focus and want to build expertise in their chosen field. Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and insight into the day-to-day operations and strategic goals of their department, all while embracing CITY’s supportive and people-first culture.


Sales Management Internships

Our 10-week Sales Management Internship is designed to give you a deep dive into retail sales and foundational management skills through immersive training and real-time experience on the sales floor. You’ll learn what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while developing key leadership, communication, and service skills that are essential for future management roles.


Interns begin with a 2-week sales training program, followed by hands-on experience engaging with customers, working on the showroom floor, and tracking individual performance through key KPIs. This program is ideal for students interested in sales leadership, retail management, or business development, and offers a dynamic environment to grow both personally and professionally.
