What You’ll Do…
As a CITY Interiors Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will be:
? Team Leadership & Development – Oversees the design team within the assigned Region, including daily
management and operational guidance. Manages time and attendance, monitors and evaluates team
performance. Trains and coaches Associates on products, services, and best practices to enhance team
performance and customer satisfaction. (40%)
? Process Improvement & Problem Solving - Identifies operational challenges and develops innovative
solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Establishes and refines department standards
to meet and exceed KPIs while continuously evaluating and improving existing processes. Responds to
Associate & Customer inquiries, and handles customer service issues (25%)
? Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Works closely with retail sales and leadership teams
to ensure seamless integration and effectiveness across all departments. Communicates sales
promotions/events and incentive contests to the team. Audits appointments and schedules. (20%)
? Performance Analytics & Reporting - Reviews all daily sales reports and collaborates with management
on monthly sales analysis by SKU. Completes credit reports and discount report audits according to
assigned timelines. (10%)
Additional duties and responsibilities as a CITY Interiors Supervisor:
? Professional Development - Pursues relevant certifications and training to maintain current product
knowledge and job performance standards. Actively utilizes the Learning Management System (LMS) and
participates in Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions. Demonstrates initiative in developing supervisory
skills and completing additional management training to prepare for advancement opportunities.
Maintains current knowledge of product information and industry best practices. Understands product
features and benefits to enhance customer service delivery. Ensures accurate record-keeping and
reporting standards are maintained across all activities. (5%)
? Adheres to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for your role.

conditions may trigger changes to job responsibilities (i.e., COVID-19).

What’s Required…
• Education & Work Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
o 2 to 3 years of experience in or from a related field required.
• Work Environment & Schedule:
o Flexible workweek, ability to work evenings and weekends
o 45% of Travel
• Physical Requirements:
o Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking
• Technology Requirements:
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
o Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
o Sketch Up, Design Files, AutoCAD or equivalent
o Proficient with iPad (training, transactions, financing applications, inventory checks, etc usage)
• Certifications / Licenses
o Valid Florida Driver's license required.
o Interior Design license preferred.
