We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Facilities team. As the Building Maintenance Supervisor, the primary function of this position is to

  • Maintenance Technicians Supervision
  • Building Inspections
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Work Order Management
  • KPIs and Goal Attainment
  • Weekly payroll and schedule coordination
  • Training and Coaching
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Miscellaneous duties  


The Building Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Corporate Facilities Manager and is a member of the Facilities Department.

Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma/GED High School Equivalent/Trade
  • 5 years of previous work-related experience in electrical, plumbing, miscellaneous repairs and operations.
  • 3 + years of supervising experience on the field
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Proficiency in all skills required by Maintenance Personnel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Valid Florida driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation
