We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Office of Strategy Management team. As the Agile Coach the primary function of this position is to serve as a facilitator and coach for multiple development teams. This dedicated position is to provide the necessary hands-on leadership and support for the development of teams to adhere to Agile and remove impediments to continually increase the probability of success in each sprint. This position is also responsible for coaching and mentoring the organization to gain deep understanding and effectively implement the tools, ceremonies, and rituals of Agile. The Agile Coach will also be well versed in all business related to IT project management and has the ability to use the best methods of Agile, Scrum, project management, Kanban, Waterfall and other methods and tools to create a world-class development system for CITY Furniture.
The Agile Coach’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.
