Job Description

Responsibilities -

Creates product information sheets and quiz questions

Coordinates all sales department training (Associate and Manager)

Runs and updates various reports, spreadsheets, etc.

Updates/maintains Axonify learning platform and handles inquiries

Researches for information related to training, product or Associate questions

Assists in the creation of training content, including proofreading for grammar/typos

Handles other administrative tasks

Computer knowledge:

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher)
