Job Description

 

Job Responsibilities/Functions:

 

 

  • Processes incoming calls on multi-line switchboard

     

  • Greets incoming guests

     

  • Processes incoming mail and packages

     

  • Maintains Reception Area cleanliness

     

  • Provides miscellaneous clerical support (i.e. filing, word processing, prepare mailings, etc.) for the Human Resource Department and other departments when assigned

     

  • Asserts a professional image & consistently adheres to City Furniture’s Corporate Objectives and World Class Service Basics to appropriately represent City Furniture

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required:     

 

 

 

Previously demonstrated ability in the following areas:

  • Oral communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Multitasking
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
     
     

Qualifications Preferred:

  • 1+ years related experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
