We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Marketing team. The Insurance and Risk Coordinator will be responsible for reporting claims to insurance carrier. Maintain an open communication with injured Associates, managers, providers, physicians, attorneys, and insurance carriers while managing all claims. As well as conduct investigations and collaborates to make safety recommendations of all workplace incidents, as well as property damage claims in-house. Prepares and processes invoices for payment. Schedule necessary appointments and coordinate medical follow-ups. Prepare correspondence on all claims. Work closely with Legal Department to coordinate appropriate responses and manage all aspects of litigated claims.
The Insurance and Risk Coordinator will participate in the development and implementation of health and wellness initiatives that meet corporate initiative goals and reflect company values.
The Insurance and Risk Coordinator will be run monthly driver’s license checks and semi-annual full MVR’s. Reviews, communicate results, and follow up as needed. Communicates driver license results and requests updated DOT cards. Delivers driver’s license memos and follows up on outstanding issues.
The Insurance and Risk Coordinator ’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.
