We have a wonderful opportunity to join our City Furniture Human Resources Team as an Administrative Assistant. Our Corporate Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide general and administrative support as needed.
Our Administrative Assistant will update the Human Resource department’s trend charts, KPI boards and organizational charts. In addition, this person will print and display the organizations cross training matrixes for each department, coordinate the department’s birthday celebrations, quarterly happy hours and annual holiday party. Our Administrative Assistant will track and maintain the HR suggestion system spreadsheet as well as coordinate travel arrangements for the Human Resources Department and book hotel reservations for Sales trainees.
