We have a wonderful opportunity to join our CITY Furniture Marketing team. As the Director of eCommerce, the primary function of this position is being responsible for overseeing City Furniture’s eCommerce strategy to drive sales growth via the website This role is responsible for the management and development of the eCommerce team, digital experience and content to ensure a seamless customer site experience. The role requires a collaborative leader who is ultimately responsible for driving the overall ecommerce strategy, while partnering with relevant teams across the organization, including Merchandising, Paid and Social Media, Traditional Marketing, Creative and Development, to enhance the online user experience, maximize usability, performance and ROI.

This position is also responsible for directing and managing teams accountable for daily operations. You will oversee and direct the work of Senior Managers, Managers and their subordinates. You will build strategies that translate key business challenges and customer needs into digital opportunities. You will ensure growth and optimization of consumer awareness, market share and/or specified initiatives. You will drive the prioritization of Product Enhancements. You will review the competitive marketplace and make recommendations for adjustments to operational and strategic activities based upon identified information and best in class strategies and emerging technologies. You will leverage experience and knowledge of industry best practices and supporting technologies to develop an exceptional digital, mobile and e-Commerce experience for our Customers.

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising or related field

Work Experience and Skills - 7-10years of experience with Marketing, eCommerce or Digital Marketing preferred
