City Furniture, one of South Florida's top furniture retailers, is looking for a Customer Service Manager. A typical week will include the management of our incoming call queue to achieve maximum desired service level, team performance, and adherence to standardized work. The Customer Service Manager will also provide one-on-one coaching, training, conduct performance reviews and manage a team of 50+ agents on a daily basis. They will lead effective meetings, analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
