Corporate Sourcer/Recruiter
Job Description

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for building and executing talent identification strategies related to building talent communities. This role will support the talent acquisition mission/vision by continuously identifying strategies and screening candidates proactively through social media, referrals, networking, career events, cold calling, internet searches and research, and advanced talent identification techniques.

·         Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches. Manage multiple searches supporting several recruiters at any one time.

 

·         Continually document and expand network of websites, user groups, blogs and other resources where talent can be found to generate possible candidates for open job searches. Monitors talent community network and source sites. Tracks and logs any outreach programs for hiring Vets or disabled.

 

·         Sources passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool database searching.

 

·         Monitors trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and utilize social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to company website.

 

·         Gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact ability to find and hire the right talent.

 

·         Development of company target lists, and identification of specialty professional groups and associations.

 

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

·         Minimum 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience.

 

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and ATS Systems

 

·         LinkedIn Certification preferred.

 

·         Proven track record as a corporate recruiting sourcer or agency recruiter across a wide range of disciplines.

 

·         Strong analytic skills, with passion for research, data, and a creative approach to sourcing.

 

·         Ability to manage multiple searches at any time and manage multiple priorities.

 

·         Ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads.

 

·         Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.

 

·         Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

 

·         Familiar with Boolean search, Google AdWords, organic search, and SEO
