Occupational Summary

 The 3D Production Supervisor role is responsible for managing CITY Furniture’s 3D production projects, including logging and auditing all 3D image requests that come in and ensuring all requirements are defined, such as product selection, set design, and styling details. This 3D Production Supervisor manages the workflow for the 3D artists via the production Trello board, creates and assigns detailed task cards per request, provides support for the 3D artists, and helps to problem solve in order to meet request deadlines. The 3D Production Supervisor is also the main point of contact for our 3D service provider and is responsible for maintaining the 3D model production list, as well as approving and validating the 3D models to be pushed to web. Finally, this position also helps manage the 3D department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provides KPI reporting.

Work Environment Summary

This position is required to work a flexible 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, remotely and/or in a corporate office environment. This role will require prolonged sitting.

Key Responsibilities

3D Image Production Management - Logs and audits all 3D image requests that come in. Works with Photo Art Director and other departments to define all image requirements. Creates detailed task cards via 3D Trello board and maintains production list for 3D models. Approves and validates 3D models to be pushed to web. Manages the 3D artists’ workflow and sets their priorities for the week. Tracks progress of each request working to remove obstacles for 3D artists in order to meet deadlines.  

KPI Reporting - Tracks, analyzes, and reports 3D project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicates them to stakeholders weekly. Works with the Photo Art Director to coordinate image quality reviews and ensure standards are being followed and updated as needed.  

Miscellaneous - Completes other tasks as delegated by manager or senior members of the Project Management or Asset Production Team.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Agency Project Manager and is a member of the Marketing Department.

Financial Transaction Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for approval of financial transactions (i.e. time cards, invoices, reimbursements, loan agreements, etc.)

Decision Making Responsibilities

This position is responsible for making decisions regarding the 3D image production schedule and approving 3D models produced by the 3D service provider.

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Experience - 2 - 3 years of Project Management experience

Computer Knowledge and Skills -

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Google Suite
  • Trello or similar digital project management software
