* Customer Service:o Answers incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional mannero Directs calls to appropriate partieso Answers Customers’ questions and provides assistance to Customers as neededo Checks voice mail boxes and directs those calls as needed
* Café Barista: o Responsible for all opening and closing duties of caféo Bakes cookies and prepares coffee with safe and proper food/beverages handling procedureso Maintains proper sanitation and safety as set by managemento Assists in ordering cookies and kitchen supplieso Provides excellent customer service
Qualifications Required:* Previous experience in a customer service environment; restaurant, food service or other hospitality services* Must have appropriate levels of follow-through and have a sense of urgency* Self-motivated* Enthusiastic and positive attitude* Multi-task oriented* Detail oriented* Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
Qualifications Preferred:* Bilingual English
Other: * Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends and holidays required)* Must meet physical demands of position, including standing and walking for long periods of time
