The Sales Manager in Training (MIT) program is a self-directed, blended learning approach, which allows you to experience different facets of sales management at City Furniture and Ashley HomeStores over an 8-12 month period. All individuals in the program will work as a Retail Sales Professional to fully understand the positions and responsibilities of the roles they will one day manage and must demonstrate a high level of success to continue in the program.
While actively working within one of our showrooms, the Sales MIT will be exposed to best-in-class training programs that include: Initial and Advanced Sales Professional Training, Showroom Operations Procedures (SOP) Training, Human Resource Awareness Training, Continuous Process Improvement (Lean) Training, and Leadership Development Training.
