Our Center for Excellence is our Corporate University that offers you professional development opportunities ranging from a comprehensive new hire orientation program to on the job training programs specific for your position to leadership development programs and much more. Our training programs consist of a blended learning approach comprised of computer-based learning modules and on the job training activities. We even offer an extensive learning library where you can select books and audio tapes to help you improve your knowledge and your skills. And, training continues within each of our work areas to help our associates excel in their new profession.

From the very beginning at Waterbed City, Kevin and Keith Koenig's goal was to educate people on the benefits that waterbeds would have on their lifestyle.
