Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor, the primary function is to provide effective leadership while managing all day to day operations (i.e. floor management) of an assigned department to ensure the efficiency and productivity in the departments.  

Responsibilities also include: cost effective scheduling and budget control, quality assurance of product, adherence to safety policies, accurate inventory control, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, develop and coach Associates, , and review/analyze reports and data to make recommendations for improvements.

The successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, problem solving abilities, and a service mindset

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Valid Florida driver's license

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to create, analyze and update Excel spreadsheets

  • Follows standard work and leads by example

  • Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time and bend/lift up to 50 lbs
