Job Description

The primary function of this position is to handle Advertising and point of sale visual coordination and Ashley store sales materials. This position will also provide social media administrative support.

Advertising/Showroom Graphics Coordination - Works with The Advertising Coordinator/ Advertising Agency and Merchandising Team (in-house at City Furniture) to coordinate, communicate, and execute advertising and promotions. Assists with partnership coordination with other third parties, as needed.

Social Media Administrative Support- Prints monthly & weekly summary reports for all social media. Audits digital budget to ensure the information is correct. Prepares digital advertising campaign recap reports. Gathers all KPI information and prepares for the Marketing Office Supervisor.

Graphics Production - Creates and distributes all Ashley sale price tags and posters as well as all sale communication to the showrooms.

Social Media Maintenance - Publishes materials on local Ashley Facebook and store locator sites following Ashley’s brand direction. Assists with City Furniture’s UGC Campaign.

Job Requirements

Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Work Experience - One-five years of related work experience.

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list the computer programs and software applications that are preferred for this position:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • AS400
  • InDesign
  • General computer proficiency
