Job Description

We are currently seeking an Advertising Coordinator to assist the Marketing and Advertising department in driving sales revenue and brand recognition.



The primary functions of this position include:


Marketing Plan Assembly & Maintenance - Assemble, update, and maintain City Furniture Marketing Plans.

Advertising Reporting & Budgeting - Prepares monthly summary budget reports, accounting audit reports, and maintains advertising budget. 

Project Planning Support - Works with Ad Agency Project Manager to translate marketing plans into project plans and tasks.

General Advertising & Graphics Support - Handles TV traffic coordination on air and in store. Proofs content, pricing, and offers on advertising materials. Maintains advertising update and newspaper schedules. Assists with yellow pages. Handles traffic communication and support with email blasts.

General Graphics Support - Assists with proofing.  Coordinates production and distribution of Ashley promotional materials.

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelors Degree

Work Experience - 0 to 5 years of experience in advertising or related industry

Computer Knowledge and Skills - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
